Non-refundable payments

All purchases are non-refundable due to the custom nature of the services and the requirement to access your CRM account. Your time is reserved specifically for you, and preparation begins once the Coaching Snapshot Form is received.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Requests made after that window will forfeit your payment.
