Growable was inspired by the death of her beloved Christopher McLain. Sarita Downs started a business by seeking a way to learn, provide for herself, and find joy.

As a startup, she sought ways to network without compromising her values as a marketer. She soon realized the power of relationship networking. Alignable provided her with an opportunity to volunteer as a group lead. Today, she co-leads a group both in-person and online.
