Non-refundable payments

All purchases are non-refundable due to the custom nature of Growable Coaching services. Your session time is reserved specifically for you, and preparation begins once the Coaching Snapshot Form is received.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, you may do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Requests made after that window will result in forfeiture of your payment.
